To upload files to us or to download files from our site, you must use a file retrieval software (such as "Fetch" or "Captain FTP") and go to:

Host: ftp.catacom.com
User ID: uploads_to_catalyst
Password: boulder

Please email talent@catacom.com with any problems you may have.

If you still have problems uploading, try this on your FTP site software. Go to Customize/Preferences/Firewall and choose the PASV option.
